I had a criminal case from last year facing a f1 i had a motion to suppress yesterday and my attorney step in and handled the case like a beast. I'm from out of state, and I got a speeding ticket on the outskirts of Dayton - not paying attention and surrounded by fools while trying to get out of the left lane. It was plenty high. Kyle was excellent and his staff patient with my need to stay abreast of what was happening and assuring me that the "letters to appear" I was receiving were being taken care of by his team. He took care it, and had it reduced to a non-moving violation with no points added to my driving record. Let's hope I never have to, but if I do, I would absolutely use them again - no question!

I am very pleased with the outcome of this case ( 20+ mph speeding ticket) Kyle was able to get it reduced to a non moving violation and a small fine/ court cost. I was very worried and concerned about this issue, However Kyle was very pleasant and re assured me with his confidence. I would like to thank Kyle and his law firm for all their help of this matter. Attorney Lennen (Kyle) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in parallel to being a good listener. He and his staff were extraordinarily responsive during all time, but particularly in crucial and stressful times. I would recommend Kyle to anyone needing THE BEST representation in the area. Again, Kyle was extremely responsive while representing me for a considerable length of time, and his assistant was also excellent! If you are in a difficult situation and want the best - go to Kyle.
